Thank you for choosing Rugs N Carpets for your rug purchase. Each rug is carefully crafted and inspected before shipping to ensure you receive a quality product. We share images, videos and descriptions of the final product with our customers over WhatsApp and/or email before shipping. Once approved, we ship our products.

Returns Policy

  • Due to the handmade, custom, and international nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has shipped.
  • All sales, once shipped are final. Please double-check product details, measurements, colors, and your shipping address before placing your order.
  • Refunds can be made if the manufacturing of the rug hasnt started yet. Please contact customer support to see if you are eligible for a refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your rug arrives damaged during transit or you receive an item different from your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • To qualify for any store credit or refund, you must:
    • Email us at support@rugsncarpets.in within 48 hours.
    • Include your order number, clear photographs of the packaging and item, and a brief description of the issue.
  • Our team will review your claim and work with you to resolve the issue fairly—this may include a partial refund or replacement in exceptional cases.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Minor color variations, differences in texture, or slight size discrepancies are normal in handwoven rugs and are not considered defects.
  • Rugs refused due to import duties, customs fees, or shipping delays are not eligible for refunds.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided the item has not yet shipped or been processed.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure all delivery information provided by you is accurate.
  • Pictures and videos of progress when your rug is being made will be shared with you. Please provide feedback on these to ensure the rug is made to your satisfaction.
